Traditional healers use plant-based remedies, spiritual rituals, massage and ancestral guidance. Healing is often place-based, tied to land, ocean and lineage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The national health system does not formally integrate Traditional Medicine, but many communities maintain dual reliance on biomedical and ancestral care. Nongovernmental organizations and universities have supported community-led documentation of medicinal
