Healing is deeply embedded in social roles, with respected <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">taulasea<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (healers) addressing physical, emotional and spiritual ailments.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While not formally integrated, traditional healers are widely consulted and are often the first point of care. The Ministry of Health has supported community documentation and policy discussions regarding cultural integration into formal health
