Healers use herbs, divination, spirit communication and ritual to address health in physical and spiritual dimensions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While not formally integrated, the Department of Health recognizes the community role of traditional healers. Some collaborations exist between health posts and local knowledge holders, especially in maternal and primary
