Traditional healers (<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sayas<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">), monks and community caregivers use plant-based formulas, massage, astrology and spiritual invocations as part of holistic care.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Ministry of Health and Sports supports Traditional, Complementary and Integrative Medicine through the Department of Traditional Medicine, which manages over 200 traditional clinics and hospitals. Formal education programmes train traditional practitioners who serve in both public and private
