Belgium\u2019s Traditional, Complementary and Integrative Medicine (TCIM) landscape includes\u00a0homeopathy, phytotherapy, acupuncture and anthroposophy, with healing traditions rooted in both\u00a0Celtic\u2013European folk medicine\u00a0and urban integrative models. Herbal remedies are used in rural Wallonia and Flanders, while complementary therapies are increasingly offered in urban clinics.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Belgian government regulates some TCIM practices, and multiple universities offer training and research in integrative medicine. While folk healing is not formally integrated, interest in natural health continues to rise.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Federal Agency for Medicines and Health Products regulates herbal medicinal
