Yemen\u2019s Traditional Medicine is deeply connected to Islamic, tribal and rural healing systems, including herbal medicine, cupping, cautery, <\/span>ruqyah<\/span><\/i> (healing through prayer) and incense-based therapies. Despite ongoing humanitarian challenges, traditional practitioners play a central role in accessible and culturally relevant care.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Ministry of Public Health and Population has supported research into medicinal plants and recognizes the role of traditional midwives in community health, particularly in maternal
