Practised primarily in Somali and Afar communities, treatments include incense, herbal decoctions, spiritual rituals and bone-setting. These approaches remain widely used, particularly in rural and underserved areas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While there is limited formal integration of Traditional, Complementary and Integrative Medicine into Djibouti\u2019s national health system, the Ministry of Health has acknowledged its significance in community health and cultural continuity. Collaborations with local universities have supported the documentation of medicinal plants and ethnomedical
