Healing practices blend plant-based medicine, manual techniques and spiritual healing methods, with strong ties to both Indigenous beliefs and Orthodox Christian or Islamic traditions. Practitioners \u2013 often elder women, herbalists or spiritual guides \u2013 are widely consulted in both urban and rural settings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Eritrean Ministry of Health has expressed ongoing interest in documenting Traditional Medicine and engaging traditional healers in public health strategies. Although a national policy is still emerging, studies and health education campaigns have been initiated to promote safer integration and knowledge preservation. Community-based healers continue to play a role in culturally relevant health-seeking
