Equatorial Guinea\u2019s Traditional Medicine systems are grounded in the ancestral practices of Fang, Bubi, Ndowe and other ethnic communities. Healing traditions often integrate herbal remedies, spiritual consultation and ritual-based therapies for conditions ranging from fevers and wounds to psychological and spiritual distress. These systems are strongly interlinked with cultural identity and oral knowledge transmission.<\/span><\/p>\n

The country has recognized the role of Traditional Medicine in its public health system, particularly in remote and forested areas.
