In Cabo Verde, Traditional Medicine reflects both African and Creole heritage, shaped by transatlantic histories and <\/span>Afro-Portuguese<\/span> cultural influences. Healing practices commonly include the use of local medicinal plants, bone-setting, spiritual rituals and prayer-based healing (<\/span>cura<\/span><\/i>), especially among older generations and rural island communities.<\/span><\/p>\n
